I think its a matter of respect for the dead artists,people may be sometimes wants to hear their favorite artists, but these day the judges perspectives are different now. They want the song to be stay in their memories forever and some doesnt know about that artist might think this song is very low quality.

A surprising fact is that AI can copy a style but not the actual choices a dead artist would make. That feels wrong, like putting words in someone's mouth after they are gone. I am not sure how to argue it better, but it just seems unethical.

However, few years ago there was AI collaboration for remembering the dead artists(M.J,2pac,etc) and people felt it was very weird way to remember those artists.

I guess that is a fair point about fans wanting more music from someone they miss. But imagine a painter who never finished a canvas, and a machine just finishes it for them. That feels like it crosses a line I cannot really explain.

I get that fans miss someone and want to hear them again, that part makes sense. But an AI finishing their work still feels like someone else speaking for them, and they never got to say yes. I can't really explain why, but it bothers me.
