2. ELO Ranking System
Start at 1200 ELO and climb the global leaderboard. Every debate adjusts your rating based on opponent skill—beat higher-ranked debaters for bigger gains. Track your progress from novice to grandmaster.
3. Structured Rounds
Choose 5-round standard debates (24-hour turns) or 3-round speed mode (1-hour turns). Take your time to craft arguments or go rapid-fire. Either way, no interruptions, no trolling—just pure intellectual combat.
4. Live Spectator Mode
Don't want to debate? Watch live battles, chat with other spectators, and vote on who you think will win before the AI judges reveal their verdicts. Mark the exact argument that was "the one" that sealed victory.
5. Topics You Care About
From sports rivalries to tech ethics, from political policies to entertainment takes—choose from six categories and debate topics you're passionate about. Or create your own and challenge someone to defend the opposite position.
6. "That's The One" Moments
Spectators can mark the exact argument that won the debate. See which of your statements convinced the most people. Create shareable highlight reels of your best moments. This is your intellectual highlight tape.
How It Works
Step 1. Create Your Challenge
Choose a topic that fires you up. Pick FOR or AGAINST. Select standard (5 rounds, 24h) or speed mode (3 rounds, 1h). Hit create. Your challenge goes live in the Arena.
Step 2. Someone Accepts
Your challenge appears in the Open Challenges panel. Another debater sees it, likes the topic, accepts. You get notified. Round 1 begins. The battle is on.
Step 3: Trade Arguments
You have 100-500 characters per round. Make every word count. Submit your argument. Your opponent submits theirs. Round advances. Spectators watch live. Chat heats up. The tension builds.
Step 4: AI Judges Deliberate
After the final round, 3 AI judges analyze every argument. The Empiricist checks your facts. The Logician hunts fallacies. The Rhetorician measures persuasion. Each scores 0-100 and explains their reasoning.
Step 5: Winner Takes ELO
Majority vote wins. +47 ELO for you, -23 for them. Your rank climbs. Stats update. Both debaters get detailed feedback. Learn, improve, challenge again. Become legendary.
