“Somewhere and something like don't sound like concrete terms to me and even if there are a massive amount of AI tracks that are heading the market that doesn't conclude that there”
The line that won it · highlighted from the winning round
Somewhere and something like don't sound like concrete terms to me and even if there are a massive amount of AI tracks that are heading the market that doesn't conclude that there are large audiences listening to these tracks because they have to be good in the first place if there is a massive amount of AI slop being produced, I'd expect that actual talented music which would be manufactured by humans would receive many more listens per month. And even if an AI Music does pop off and explodes in popularity There's no issue because there will not be any royalties collected and it will be able to be distributed fairly as it will be public domain so there's no downside and in fact it actually will increase the popularity of the genre or artist that it is representing and it is not stealing from them because of the fact that there are no financial rewards So it's essentially a free publicity boost.
